The Health and Nutrition Committee identifies and studies health and nutrition issues of interest and concern to older adults and makes recommendations to the Commission on Aging for action.
This committee identifies and studies issues related to improving the health and well-being of older adults, with particular emphasis on healthy aging and injury prevention. This committee assists the Area Agency on Aging staff in supporting and monitoring the County of Marin’s subcontracted nutrition-related programs.
