New program launches to prevent youth homelessness
Marin County, CA — In a forward-thinking effort to address youth homelessness, Marin County Health and Human Services (HHS), in partnership with Catholic Charities and community-based organizations, has launched the Transition Age Youth Bridge Project—a transitional housing initiative for young adults experiencing homelessness.
