Call to Order and Roll Call:

The meeting was called to order at 1:36 pm.

Approval of Agenda:

Motion by Vice-Chair Smith, seconded by Commissioner Brown, approved 4-0.

Approval of March 2026 Meeting Minutes:

Motion by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Vice-Chair Smith, approved 4-0.

Presentation:

Kellen Damman, Marin Climate and Sustainability Division: California Public Utilities Commission Focus Group on Equity Programs

Chair’s Report, Sylvia Barry:

• Hamilton Transit Center – There will be a Mural Dedication Ceremony on June 24 from 4-6 pm at 50 Palm Dr., Novato.
• Thanked the committee members for their participation and support.

Vice Chair’s Report, Tricia Smith:        

• There is a private wheelchair van service via Onward Health. Door-to-door service is $25 roundtrip.
• Homeshare in Sonoma is a robust program through group homes.

Aging and Adult Services Staff, Amy Dietz

• Copies of the 2026 Resource Guide have been delivered and distribution has started. Copies are being reserved for the Commission’s distribution in the community, and the Planning, Legislative and Communications Committee is working on a plan for that distribution.

Marin Climate & Sustainability Division, Office of the County Executive, Kellen Dammann:

• No report.

Housing Partner Reports:

• None present.

Transportation Partner Reports:

• Jon Gaffney, ADA Compliance and Program Manager, Golden Gate Transit

Tam Citizens Oversight Committee and Paratransit Coordinating Council, Jane Gould:
