2026 Point-in-Time (PIT) Overview
The Marin County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Division of Homelessness and Coordinated Care (HCC) released the final results of the 2026 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count. The PIT Count, conducted every other year by federal law, offers a one-day snapshot of people experiencing homelessness, including those living in shelters, transitional housing, vehicles, encampments, and other locations not intended for habitation. Draft HPSC Governance Charter
Matt Weber from Homebase provided a brief overview of the draft updated governance charter. HPSC members are invited to join an information session on Wednesday, October 21 at 3 pm (via Zoom) for a more detailed presentation and discussion. The draft updated charter is expected to be presented for a vote at the next quarterly HPSC meeting, scheduled for November 18, 2026 at 3 pm. Watch the HPSC listserv for meeting invitations.
