What to know about Keep People Housed
Keep People Housed Marin is a two-year homelessness prevention pilot for Marin County residents who are currently housed but at high risk of losing their housing. The program provides targeted financial assistance and housing stabilization services designed to help resolve an immediate housing crisis before it becomes homelessness.
The program is not first-come, first-served, and meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee financial assistance. Applicants are prioritized based on their level of housing instability and vulnerability. Residents who may qualify can apply through the Keep People Housed Marin application portal, with support available from Bay Area Community Services if help completing the application is needed.
