Enroll in Ryan White HIV services

Need to know

Ryan White services are for people living with HIV who are under 600% FPL ($95,760), underinsured, or uninsured.
You must provide proof of eligibility every year.
First-time enrollment requires proof of identification, HIV diagnosis, residency, and meeting low-income requirements.
Ryan White services include:
- Medical Case Management
- Non-medical Case Management
- Health Insurance Premium and Cost Sharing Assistance
- Emergency Financial Assistance
- Medical Transportation
- Food Vouchers
- Psychosocial Support Services

Proof of identification (driver's license, immigration card, state ID card, passport, or photo ID from another country)
Proof of HIV diagnosis (diagnosis letter from doctor's office on MD stationery, lab test result showing viral load, or positive test result)
Proof of Marin County residency (utility bill, lease/mortgage statement, support affidavit, or letter from a shelter)
Proof of income (state/federal tax return indicating adjusted gross income, W-2 or 1099 form, current pay stub, bank statement indicating direct deposited income, disability award letter, self-employment affidavit, or support affidavit)
