Enroll in Ryan White HIV services

Need to know

  • Ryan White services are for people living with HIV who are under 600% FPL ($95,760), underinsured, or uninsured.
  • You must provide proof of eligibility every year.
  • First-time enrollment requires proof of identification, HIV diagnosis, residency, and meeting low-income requirements.
  • Ryan White services include:
    • Medical Case Management
    • Non-medical Case Management
    • Health Insurance Premium and Cost Sharing Assistance
    • Emergency Financial Assistance
    • Medical Transportation
    • Food Vouchers
    • Psychosocial Support Services

Before you start

  • Proof of identification (driver's license, immigration card, state ID card, passport, or photo ID from another country)
  • Proof of HIV diagnosis (diagnosis letter from doctor's office on MD stationery, lab test result showing viral load, or positive test result)
  • Proof of Marin County residency (utility bill, lease/mortgage statement, support affidavit, or letter from a shelter)
  • Proof of income (state/federal tax return indicating adjusted gross income, W-2 or 1099 form, current pay stub, bank statement indicating direct deposited income, disability award letter, self-employment affidavit, or support affidavit)
