- It is for CalWORKs recipients who are work-eligible
- CalWORKs recipients are referred to Welfare to Work by their eligibility worker
- Services can include barrier removal, transportation, child care, interview clothing, supported job search among many other services

- Consider what kind of work you want and any barriers you are facing.
- Secure child care (talk to your CalWORKs Eligibility Worker)
What to do
- Apply for CalWORKs (learn more BenefitsCal portal)
- Secure child care (talk to your CalWORKs Eligibility Worker or CalWORKs Employment Services Case Manager)
- Ask for transportation assistance if needed
- Complete or attend your mandatory Welfare to Work Orientation and Appraisal
- Inform your Eligibility Worker or CalWORKs Employment Services Case Manager of any urgent housing needs, crisis, or domestic abuse
