Need to know

  • Get information about and referrals to services and resources for older adults, persons with disabilities and caregivers.
  • Social workers answer and return calls and remails Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Most calls and emails are returned within 48 business hours.
  • Spanish-speaking and Vietnamese-speaking social workers are available during business hours.
  • Translation services are available for all other languages.
  • This is not an emergency service. If you're having a medical or mental health emergency, call 911.

Before you start

  • Write down what you need help with, like meals, transportation, caregiving, benefits, or housing.
  • Have your zip code and basic contact information ready.
