The Behavioral Health Member Handbook explains how to access Medi-Cal specialty mental health services and substance use disorder services (DMC-ODS) through Marin County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS).
It provides information about available services, how to get care, what to do if you have a question or problem, and your rights and responsibilities as a Medi-Cal beneficiary.
Paper copies are available free of charge upon request.

The Marin County Behavioral Health Member Handbook provides guidance on how to access services and understand your benefits through BHRS.
It includes information about:

- Your rights and responsibilities as a Medi-Cal member

The Member Handbook is available at no cost in multiple formats and languages.
You can request:
- Printed copies
- Large print versions
- Translated versions (including Spanish and Vietnamese)

BHRS will provide the requested materials within 5 business days.
Interpreter services are available at no cost.
