Marin County Public Health (MCPH) protects and improves the health of people in Marin County by preventing disease, responding to outbreaks, and preparing for public health emergencies. At MCPH, we promote healthy behaviors, share clear health information, and support access to services and resources. MCPH works with community partners to advance health equity so all people can reach their full health potential.
The Division of Public Health is a Local Health Department authorized under Part 3 of Division 101 of the California Health and Safety Code (Health and Safety Code §§ 101000 – 101500).
