Access the Family Urgent Response System for foster youth

Need to know

The Family Urgent Response System (FURS) is a Free 24/7/365 Hotline for current or former foster youth and their caregivers to call and get immediate help for any big or small issues you may be having.
FURS also has a local Mobile Response Team of caring and trained individuals that can come directly to where you are to help you solve problems and connect you to local services and support.
FURS services are for YOU, are voluntary, and are driven by your input on how they can be the support team you need.

You must be the youth or the caregiver of a youth who is currently or used to be in foster care.
Be ready to explain your situation to the hotline screener.

Let the hotline screener know whether you would prefer a phone or in-person response
The screener will verify your eligibility and then connect you with the local FURS team.
