Marin County Veterans Service Office

Veterans benefits assistance provides support with Financial Assistance, Records, IDs, and Reporting, and Health Coverage and Care for Veterans.

About this service

The Marin County Veterans Service Office (VSO) provides assistance to veterans, dependents, and survivors in accessing federal, state, and local benefits.

Services are provided at no cost.

The VSO helps individuals understand available benefits, prepare required forms, and submit claims to the appropriate agencies. Final decisions on eligibility and benefits are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other administering agencies.

Appointments are available by phone or in person.

Individuals may contact the office for general information or assistance with benefit-related questions.
