You may report a Privacy complaint, Privacy or Security Incident, or a concern regarding Fraud, Waste, or Abuse of healthcare resources.

Before you start

  • Write down what happened and when it happened.
  • Include names, dates, and any documents you have.

What to do

  • Call the HHS Anonymous Compliance Hotline at 888-413-9462.
  • Or email your concern to Compliance & Privacy Program.
